Another Monday of hot meals on wheels for the psychiatric community center in Ben Tre village today’s menus are lemongrass vegetarian ribs with Vietnamese vegetables sour soup served with white rice . A healthy meal that doesn’t contain meats .

It’s Monday hot meals on wheel for the psychiatric center community center in Ben Tre village these vegetarian meals were prepared by our Master Chan Phap and his local volunteers thank you everyone for your efforts and fresh produce was donated by the local farmers market thank you to Dao Tu for the video.

Once again we were privileged to be able drive around the dirt road and brought smiles to children in Mexico feel like Halloween in April but without a costume . Again the audio music in the video was just something nice on the background which I was lucky to find on the music audio . So it’s not mine music . Thank you to Carlita, Sayuri, Amy Ricardo Martínez for always try his best effort and time to make all this happened (brought smiles to children) . Thank you everyone for following me on my journey from Vietnam then Mexico will always update for more new posts .
