Join us for a Men’s Health Seminar with Urologist Dr. Anh Thuy Nguyen on Thursday, July 9 at 1pm. This session will address the physical and psychological impacts of conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), erectile dysfunction (ED), and stress urinary incontinence, along with current treatment options. Sirovich is not affiliated with this program. Refreshments will be provided.

As the culminating event of the Latin Rhythms class series, students will showcase what they have learned over the past two months while highlighting the joy of movement on Monday, June 29 at 1:15 PM. At the end of the performance, audience members will be invited to stand, participate, and celebrate life together through rhythm and dance.

The NYC Department for the Aging is proud to present the annual Talent is Timeless competition, celebrating the extraordinary creativity and skill of older New Yorkers—and we want you to be part of it! We’re excited to host the local round at Sirovich Center on Friday, June 12 at 1:30PM, and we encourage all members to share their talents. Whether you sing, dance, tell jokes, recite poetry, perform martial arts, act, or play an instrument, this is your moment to shine. This is a reminder for everyone registered to attend our Mainstage Showcase on Friday, May 29 or Saturday, May 30 from 3:00–5:30 PM at the 14th Street Y Theater.
