Our youth were well fed in the month of September 😋
Our young men always look forward to a delicious, home-cooked meal during the week, and we’re so grateful to everyone who makes that possible. ❤

Interested in making a meal for our guys? We’d love to hear from you! Reach out to learn more about getting involved.

For a youth aging out of foster care, having a safe place to call home can make all the difference. At Bridge to Brighter, we’re working to make sure our youth have just that.

A HUGE thank you to Old Fashioned Roofing for donating a brand new roof for one of our apartment buildings! Your generosity is literally helping us keep a roof over the heads of an who deserves a safe place to call home 🏡 💚

We are so grateful for partners who believe in our youth and help us build brighter futures!

Folks, If you didn't know, there's a crisis in this country for kids aging out of foster care.

Only 60% of kids aging out of foster care graduate high school. Only half have a job by 24. Nick Sgarlata is the executive director of Bridge to Brighter who helps run a Milwaukee County nonprofit and they are one of the few actually doing something about it.

On Monday we are donating a new roof for one of their buildings. ABC Supply is covering the material. CertainTeed is providing the shingles. Redbox+ is handling the waste removal. Papa Murphy's Mukwonago is feeding the crew all day so nobody has to stop and we're putting the roof on. Nobody's doing this alone, and nobody should have to.

That's what we call neighbors helping neighbors.

About last night!! 💚 Rydell started the night with a home-cooked meal from one of our wonderful supporters, and ended it with a whole cheering section in the stands!

Having a crew there to support him was priceless. We’re pretty sure he could feel all the love! 🏈💚

Last week, we welcomed this amazing crew from Von Briesen, who spent the day helping us prep a new apartment for one of our youth! We’re so grateful for their time, hard work, and support. ❤️
