Dear Sisters,
Saturday we began our healing series for the next three months our theme is:
"Reclaiming Yourself: Leadership, Identity, and Well-Being"
This three-part Sisters Talk series invites women to examine the expectations they carry, rediscover their authentic selves, and create healthier ways of living, leading, and loving. Through honest conversation, reflection, and sisterhood, participants will gain practical tools for setting boundaries, embracing rest, and leading from a place of balance and self-worth.
June Topic: Leading Without Losing Yourself
Discussion Description:
Women are often called to lead—in our homes, workplaces, communities, and families. Yet many of us have learned to put everyone else's needs ahead of our own. This month, we'll explore how to lead with purpose, confidence, and authenticity while protecting our peace, energy, and well-being. Together, we'll discuss the signs of burnout, the importance of self-care, and how to remain connected to who you are while carrying the responsibilities of leadership. Think about these questions.
Discussion Questions:
1. What does leadership mean to you?
2. When have you felt stretched too thin by the demands of leadership?
3. What parts of yourself have you sacrificed to meet others' expectations?
4. How do you know when you need to pause and replenish yourself?
5. What practices help you stay grounded while serving others?
6. What would leading from a place of wholeness look like for you?
7. July Topic: Permission to Step Out of the Role
