Look at that face! Aww, Onyx!

Say hi to Onyx! This handsome pup is today’s Dog of the Day, here to help brighten *your* day! He stopped by our nonprofit clinic for his neuter surgery, microchipping, and much admiration. Actual onyx may be a semi-precious stone, but this Onyx is fully precious!

In case you missed it - meet Stitch!

Ok, folks, here’s the sitch: it’s Stitch! That is, Dog of the Day Stitch, a big handsome dignified gentleman who visited our nonprofit clinic for his neuter day! He’s not just a Great Dane - he’s a good boy too!

Hi, Bandit! 🦭

10/07/2026

Huge thanks to our awesome friends at Show Your Soft Side for this very generous donation - and for all the great work they're doing!

As you saw with our initiative, we know targeted spay and neuter programs are one of the most powerful tools we have to prevent animal cruelty, neglect, and shelter overcrowding before they even begin.

More good news: We just awarded a $10k grant to Rude Ranch Animal Rescue to directly provide critical spay/neuter services to 300 at-risk owned pets, helping families who face financial or logistical barriers to veterinary care.

We are focusing heavily on families and multi-pet homes in ZIP codes 21060, 21061, and 21225 to stop unwanted litters and keep beloved pets exactly where they belong—safely at home with the people who love them.

Thank you to Erik Andrulis and the entire team at Rude Ranch for doing the heavy lifting to ensure these pets don't fly under the radar. True strength is all about showing your soft side! 💪🐶🐱

Oh, Diamond!
(Can you guess what breed(s) she is?)

It’s Monday. Again. And guys, really! We’re a nonprofit vet clinic for pets! We’re not set up to care for… er … *confused whispering* … um… Diamond. Who is a … well, she’s definitely over it, is what she is! (Does anybody remember Gurgi from the Black Cauldron?)

Wait, wait - ok! She’s a dog! A very cute dog! (Can you guess what breed(s)?) She actually stopped by last week for shots and an umbilical hernia repair. She may have been less than thrilled to be at the v-e-t, but we made sure to take great care of this little lady!

Um, guys? I think you might have it backwards…

Happy spooky season!
In other news, we seem to have gotten in an adorable little mogwai at our nonprofit clinic. Very unusual and rare! Now, how to do their care requirements go again? Feed them after midnight and give them long baths, right?

The front porch of our nonprofit Spay Spa clinic is getting all spruced up for Fall - what other decorations would you suggest?

(And Romeo is really such a handsome pooch!)

Happy ! Check out our cool new fall new decorations for the clinic front porch, thanks to awesome staff member Christi!

And a bonus: dignified Dog of the Day Romeo, who started off the month with a visit to get his neuter surgery - what a handsome pup!

We’re not done decorating yet - what would you suggest?
