Milford Food 2 Kids Our mission is to feed local school children who have little or no food resources during the weekend

Our mission is to feed local school children who have little or no food resources during the weekend away from school. Milford Food 2 Kids is an initiative of the First United Church of Christ, Milford, in collaboration with CT Food Bank, to attend to the needs of local children who have little or no food during the weekend away from school. In our pilot program, launched February 2016, our school

partners included Orange Avenue Elementary and Live Oaks Elementary School, serving 26 students. To expand the program to support the need throughout the Milford Community, we are seeking sponsors for children in need in all of our elementary and middle schools. We need the community to take on this mission with us so that we can begin the 2016-2017 school year with 100 sponsorship commitments.

Hi Milford Food 2 Kids Community! We want to let you know about our Gala coming up in November.
We celebrate the continued generosity of this community, particularly as so many families are struggling to put food on the table for their kids. One way to help in that struggle is through funds raised during our gala. We are seeking sponsors until the end of June. Email us for detailed information.
