CVMA CT 31-2 The Spartans We are an Association of Combat Veterans whom ride motorcycles and help Veterans in our communities.

We are an Association of Combat Veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces who ride motorcycles as a hobby. As a registered 501(c)(19) veterans’ charity, our mission is to support and protect those who have defended our country and our freedoms. Our focus is to provide assistance and help to individual veterans, veteran care facilities, other veteran organizations and registered

charities. We sponsor and participate in many veteran-related motorcycle (and other) charity events each year, and as a non-profit organization, donate to various veteran causes.

On Saturday 10/04/2025, CT 31-1, 31-2 and other surrounding states CVMA members joined us, as well as other local area veteran organizations, to honor the memory of the 241 American Service members killed at the Marine Barracks in Lebanon on October 23, 1983. We gathered at the Connecticut Beirut Memorial in Bantam to lay roses at the memorial for the Marines and Soldier who were from Connecticut.

9.11.2001 was a dark day in American history. We honor the memories of those who perished on that day, along with the first responders who stepped up on that day and the recovery efforts afterwards. We will never forget.

For every Soldier, Patriot Day is a reminder of why we serve. We honor the memory of those who were lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families who carry their legacy.

Today, we pause to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the heroes who answered the call in the face of unimaginable tragedy. We remember the courage, sacrifice, and resilience that united our nation.

To those who serve and protect, and to the families who carry the memory of loved ones, we stand with you.

We've been busy this season supporting Memorial Day activities in Milford at Kings Highway Cemetery and the wreath laying ceremonies at the war memorial monuments. We have supported out-of-state events hosted by chapters in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Georgia for Nationals this year as well. We helped out at Milford Moves too. Lastly, we even had a Father's Day Breakfast Run.

We hope to see you out there this season.
