Uganda Farmers, Inc.

Uganda Farmers, Inc. Uganda Farmers Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax exempt, non-profit group of US citizens whose focus is to bring clean water to rural villages in Uganda, Africa.

In November of 2007, citizens of Connecticut founded this nonprofit organization to raise funds for rural villages in Uganda. Members of Uganda Farmers, Inc. have made many trips to Uganda and have witnessed villagers' hardships first hand. They have befriended many of the people who reside in these villages. It started out as bringing sustainable food sources to the villages, such as goats, chick

ens, and pineapples, and recently shifted to focus to clean drinking water. Many of these villages are miles away from the closest lakes, ponds, or streams, therefore the villagers have to walk several miles daily to fetch their water using heavy plastic jugs. This is exhausting.

Rwimi, Uganda Secondary School drilling complete! Water is soon to be on the way.

What feels like a true Christmas miracle has become a reality: we are thrilled to share that drilling for the Rwimi Secondary School water project is officially complete! Thanks to your generosity, care, and continued support, we are one step closer to bringing reliable, clean water to this rural Ugandan community.

This achievement would not have been possible without our donors, volunteers, and the many people who believe in this mission. From all of us at Uganda Farmers Inc., thank you for helping make this happen. We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a joyful holiday season!

UFI is looking for sponsors for our upcoming 10/4/25 5k! Would you or someone you like to help us fund our upcoming life-saving projects? This year we're looking to provide clean, fresh water to a Kitagwenda secondary school with about 2,000 girls and boys.
As always your contributions are fully tax deductible. We are approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization.
