Help Big Yummy Feed This Family here is the story
We have been asked to help feed this family tonight. We took them food. We will be doing it again tomorrow and as long as it’s needed.

They have a total of 9 children with one being ill in the hospital.

The story is below. As everyone knows our Base Camp provides provisions and Big Yummy does the cooking. We feed anyone in need and this family is in need.
They are not only in need of meals, but they are also in need of groceries.

If anyone on here can donate to us to where we can purchase food to cook to make half pans of food this will eliminate the worry of cooking and prepping for to feed 9 kids with one being very sick.
Let’s also get them some groceries in the house.
If you would like to help donate, please reach out to us and let us know. This is an immediate need.

Feed The People will be OPEN on Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, feeding anyone in our community who needs a hot meal. ❤️

But our meals don’t stop at Base Camp.

Throughout the month, our Food Truck travels across Western North Carolina, taking FREE hot meals to places like Veterans Quarters in Asheville, ABCCM’s Transformation Village, Grace Foods, Sunnyview, and other locations where meals are needed.

We do not charge anyone for these meals. That means the cost of the food, fuel, propane and supplies has to come from somewhere — and we depend heavily on donations from people who believe in what we’re doing.

Right now, our propane tank at our Base Camp location is down to just 15%. This is the propane we use to prepare many of the meals that go out into our communities.

When the tank gets this low, money that would normally go toward food and other needs has to be redirected just to fill the propane tank.

I posted a flyer below with ways you can help us put propane back in the tank and keep these hot meals going.

Even a small donation helps. Every dollar toward propane means we can keep cooking, keep loading that Food Truck, and keep showing up with a hot meal for someone who needs one.

❤️ People. Food. Community. That’s what Feed The People is about.
