Helping Hands Multi Center is sharing a funding opportunity through Autism Care Today (ACT) to help families cover essential autism-related expenses.

Grant Awards: $500–$5,000
Application Deadline: October 15, 2026

Funding may help cover:

- Safety equipment
- Insurance co-pays
- Assistance dogs
- Camp scholarships
- Communication devices
- Other approved autism-related services and supplies

Families earning under $100,000 annually receive priority, but families with higher incomes may also qualify.

Grant payments are made directly to approved providers or vendors.

We need to help. You can help. We need food to cook, we will set up somewhere tomorrow to give out free hot meals.

We have Walmart super center, Food Lion and Ingles that we can go get food quickly. You can order there and have it delivered to us.

WEATHER ALERT | OVERNIGHT SHELTER OPENING

Due to the heavy rain forecast for this weekend, Mission Ministries Alliance will open our Overnight Shelter on Saturday, October 10, at 3:00 PM for individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness.

Our team will remain on standby through Sunday to continue providing shelter if needed.

Please help us share this information so those who need a safe, dry place to stay can access shelter.

Today Base Camp and Redeeming Hope Project donated much needed hygiene supplies to EMMS in Marion! They are still taking donations . Contact the school if you can help.
