Know Before You Go: Marion Livermush Festival Saturday, June 6

We are ready for an unforgettable evening in downtown Marion, NC! Here’s everything you need to know before you join us on Saturday, June 6 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.

SCHEDULE
• 5:00 PM: Festival opens featuring livermush-inspired food, craft vendors, activities, and live music from Wiregrass at the Main Stage
• 6:00 PM: Hog Callin’ + Pig Squealin’ Contests (Main Stage)
• 6:15 PM: Carson House Youth String Band (Main Stage)
• 7:00 PM: Live music from Wiregrass (Main Stage)
• 9:00 PM: Festival ends

Enjoy a variety of livermush-inspired creations and festival favorites. Be sure to vote for your favorite livermush dish to help crown this year’s Livermush Master!

PARKING
City parking lots and street parking are free during the Festival and available throughout downtown. Handicap parking will be at Marion's Community Building (191 N Main St, Marion, NC 28752)

ROAD CLOSURES
Main Street will close from New Street to Henderson Street starting at 2:00 PM for event setup. Please note the area will be pedestrian-friendly, making it the perfect evening to explore downtown, enjoy the Festival, and also support local businesses.

Fresh finds, twice a week! Stop by Keeper’s Cut Meadery on Wednesdays from 3:00-6:00 PM to shop for local produce and food items from NC Farmers of the Foothills. You can also find them on Saturdays from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM at the Marion Tailgate Market.
