We provide hope for individuals who have challenges with Substance Use through the Peer Support model.

✨Outreach milestone✨

Last Wednesday was a big day for our team! For those familiar with Suboxone (Buprenorphine), starting treatment after fentanyl use usually requires days of withdrawal to avoid precipitated withdrawal—a very difficult experience 😰

Now, a low-dose buprenorphine injection, Brixadi- is changing that 💉
It can be given just six hours after last fentanyl use-this is big 👏👏👏 this slowly takes over the receptors and is in full effect after 24 hours.

Last week, it was administered right in the field during outreach 🙌
This is a true game changer—and it can save lives ❤️

We are so grateful for Tim, a wonderful Medical Provider that cares for the people we serve and continues to meet them where they are.

This Tuesday, we’re serving up something simple but meaningful — a free hot meal for anyone who could use one.

No questions. No signup. Just good food and a team that cares.

We’ll have 200 meals available — first come, first served.

⭐️5 referrals to inpatient treatment
⭐️3 Hep C testing/labs
LOTS of visits for medication, food and harm reduction 🥳

Today at Impact we talked about Boredom in early recovery and ended with a fun craft! Creative minds for sure!!

Our team is at a conference today but the RCC was still open and serving people. Tim, (the best NP) was seeing people all morning Mary Jo showed up to cover for us and brought helpers 💪
