Every person was more than a statistic. Their lives mattered, and their stories deserve to be remembered.

We remember. We honor. We think of their loved ones 💜

🗣️ Tickets are still available for the Sunrise Community for Recovery and Wellness 2026 Peer Support Conference happening October 13th-15th, 2026 at the A-B Tech Conference Center.

There is an amazing lineup of speakers including Keynote Speaker Ryan Hampton, founder of Mobilize Recovery, the Overdose Response Initiative and listed in Time Magazine's Top 100Health. Along with Ryan, there will be experts in driver's license restoration, access to medication for opioid use disorder, support for families, youth peer support and the director for the peer support certification process in North Carolina will explain the recent changes to certification!
You will be eligible to win amazing giveaways including our grand prize $250 gift card, there will be free chair massage, snacks, breakfast items and a boxed lunch on Wednesday. If you purchase a ticket by September 11th, you will also get a complimentary conference t-shirt!

Our team had the privilege to attend the RCC Cohort along with other agencies who also offer Recovery Centers in the area to learn and share what is offered and how we can better serve our community. It was held in Cherokee this year and we had such a fun time with everyone!! Huge thank you to Sunrise for hosting this event!

We had a great evening at National Night Out! Once the rain cleared it was a nice evening hanging out with our community. Music, tacos, and ice cream for the WIN!!Thank you Marion Police Department for putting this together! And thank you for all you do!! Policing is a Partnership 👮👮‍♀️🚔🚒🧑‍🚒🚑
