Huge congratulations to Laurie Reichelt and the entire First Weber family who showed up in such a big way for the American Heart Association’s Women of Impact campaign. The Menomonee Falls and West Bend Offices - as well as agents across the Milwaukee area - rallied around Laurie and her team to ensure women receive the education, support, and care they need for heart disease.

Together, this incredible group helped contribute to more than $500,000 raised to support heart health in our communities.
We’re so proud to support this work through the First Weber Foundation and even prouder of the people behind it.

First Weber's Metro South and Racine offices teamed up with the First Weber Foundation to host a trivia fundraiser benefiting Racine County Project Emergency Food Pantry, the Greenfield Food Pantry (Salvation Army), and Wisconsin Veterans Network. Thanks to thoughtful planning and shared leadership across both offices, the event was a clear success. With generous Group Giving matches from the Foundation, nearly $3,500 was delivered to each organization—turning teamwork into real community impact. We’re proud of these agents for their synergy, commitment, and the confidence they bring to making a difference where it matters most.

After the April 17 tornado tore through Marathon and Lincoln counties, 75 households were left displaced and facing the unthinkable. In true First Weber fashion, our agents stepped up - reaching out to the First Weber Foundation to help their neighbors rebuild and move forward.
Now, we’re coming together to make an even bigger impact. The First Weber Foundation will match every dollar donated, up to $5,000. Your generosity can help families replace what was lost - toys, clothes, beds, backpacks, photos, and irreplaceable memories - and support their path to recovery.
All proceeds will benefit The Community Fund of the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, working alongside trusted partners, United Way and the Salvation Army, to support affected households.
The First Weber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations are tax‑deductible as allowed by law.

🎉 **Big Hearts. Local Impact. Real Results.** 🎉

Thanks to the incredible generosity and teamwork of First Weber's Metro South and Racine offices, a recent Foundation fundraiser delivered meaningful support right where it matters most.

Agents and staff came together to host a trivia event, silent auction, and raffle, raising more than $5,800 for local causes. With the First Weber Foundation’s $1,500 match for each organization, every non‑profit received a check for $3,451.96.

GIVING BACK HITS DIFFERENT WHEN IT'S SO MUCH FUN!
Thanks to an energetic live auction, Paddles for the Pantry, First Weber's Sun Prairie office - with help from the First Weber Foundation - raised an incredible $4,195 for The Sunshine Place in support of their local food pantry. Proof that a little friendly competition and a lot of heart can make a real difference.
The pantry recently served 100 families in a single day, so this support couldn’t come at a better time.

Brookfield Office Is Cooking Up Community Impact. 🔶
First Weber's Brookfield Office has been busy making bold moves for their community - and we couldn’t be prouder.
🔥 Chili with a Purpose.
Our Brookfield agents and staff brought the heat at their annual Chili Cook-Off, sampling five incredible homemade recipes and raising over $100 for their Community Engagement Committee. Good food. Great people. Even greater impact.
📚 Stocking Classrooms. Supporting Teachers.
The Community Engagement Committee also hosted a School Supply Replenishment Drive for a local elementary school - ensuring teachers have the tools they need to keep creativity and learning flowing in their classrooms.

🎉 Celebrating Big Impact in Our Community! 🎉
First Weber’s West Madison Office has a real passion for supporting housing affordability, and this year, these First Weber agents truly delivered.
In 2025, members of the West Madison Office rolled up their sleeves and got creative. They sold parking for summer concerts like Coldplay and Morgan Wallen, as well as Badger Home Football games. They even added a raffle for extra fun.
Together, they raised more than $23,000, and with matching funds from the First Weber Foundation, the total grew to more than $25,000.

And here’s the milestone we’re proud to celebrate:

In just three years, the West Madison Office and First Weber Foundation have donated almost $80,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Dane County.
