Congratulations are in order for Joshua Henning of Henning's Wisconsin Cheese, who was named the 2026 Grand Master Cheesemaker at the Wisconsin State Fair Blue Ribbon Dairy Products Auction last week! In addition to Henning, WCMA members took home three other Grand Champion prizes: Foremost Farms USA of Middleton for Grand Champion Butter, and Klondike Cheese Company of Monroe for Grand Champion Sour Cream and Grand Champion Yogurt. https://loom.ly/IZyXrfc

Applications are now open for the next round of grants through the Dairy Business Innovation Alliance (DBIA), a partnership between WCMA and The Center for Dairy Research! A total of $1.7 million is available across two grant programs to support small- to mid-sized dairy farmers and processors in DBIA's 11-state service region.
