Thank you Patty for capturing a couple of pictures of out chapter picnic at Svyrud Airport (7EI5). We had about 20 members participate and enjoy in some fun aviation stories.

Hi All,... Mark your calendar!

We are looking for volunteers for the Waunakee Community Breakfast Sept 20, 2026 (6a-noon or any part of that time frame you can spare).

** Some are on the list from last year, please responce -> Confirm or Maybe next year!

(I'm using last year's ending list of names as a starting point.)

To volunteer -> Please see the spreadsheet (pdf) attached link and check for your name:

1. If your name is on the list, 'C'onfirm that task or select/confirm another task (see the 'NEW'text in red) you would like to do.
2. If your name is not on list, select an unconfirmed or 'New' task you would like to volunteer for.

Also let us know if you have a spouse/kids/friends that would like to volunteer for this event.
We have lots of smaller jobs needing assistance or relieving/swapping in and out of tasks with others.

Some tasks that need to be filled:
Early Morning Setup- Wipe & cover tables, put flowers out
Controller (las year > Dave Godec)
Food/Beverage Servers > need 1-2 more (either shift)
Egg Grill -1 to pass to servers
Pancake Flippers - need 1 or more to rotate in/out
Rocket Launcher - 1 person to help in greenspace
Coffee Server/Tray helper- need 1-2 people
Table/tray cleaners - need 1-2 people
AAC Kitchen - wash dishes as needed
Selling Shirts - 1 person 1/2 time
Selling pop/snacks - need 1-2 more kids to rotate
Loading Planes - need 1-2 people to rotate
Street Monitor - 1 person 1/2 time/rotate to watch for planes

Others can relieve/rotate in on tasks as needed.

Fly-In or Drive-In, please join us at Syvrud Airport (7WI5) on Saturday Aug. 29th 11AM-1PM for Chapter 93's Picnic. The chapter will provide the burgers and fixings, please bring a side dish to share. RSVP by text to 608 334.5863. This event replaces the event planned for Sauk Prairie.

The Chapter 93 Pot-Luck Gathering planned for Aug 29th at Sauk Prairie Airport (91C) is Postponed to a later date. We will post a new event when a new date is set.
