💙 Celebrating Leadership. Honoring Impact. 💙

As TEMPO Madison begins another exciting chapter, we're taking a moment to recognize and thank our Immediate Past President, Jennifer Winding, for her extraordinary leadership, service, and commitment to our organization.

Jennifer joined TEMPO Madison in 2010, drawn to the camaraderie, friendships, and professional network she saw among accomplished women across business, government, academia, and our community.

And Jennifer certainly didn't just join—she leaned in.

Across two periods of board service totaling a decade, Jennifer has helped shape TEMPO Madison in meaningful and lasting ways. During her presidency, she strengthened our relationship with TEMPO Milwaukee, creating more opportunities for members to connect across Wisconsin. She also brought back the popular **TEMPO Leadership Development Series**, expanding opportunities for professional women to learn from—and alongside—one another.

Her impact reaches even further. Jennifer helped lead an evolution of TEMPO Madison's scholarship program, expanding access for college-bound students with financial need. Today, the TEMPO Madison Foundation awards more scholarship funding than ever before—and Jennifer continues that important work as **President of the TEMPO Madison Foundation**.

A mother of three and owner of **Tapestry Talent, Search & Consulting**, Jennifer has built her career around connecting people, building relationships, and strengthening organizations and communities—values she brings to TEMPO every day.

Jennifer has shared that what she values most about TEMPO is the friendships, mentorships, and network she has built here. We think that is a wonderful reflection of the legacy she leaves as President.

Jennifer, thank you for leading with **generosity, curiosity, and connection**—and for leaving TEMPO Madison stronger than you found it. We are grateful that your leadership continues, and we look forward to all that is ahead.

Please join us in thanking Jennifer for an incredible year of leadership as our 2025–2026 President! 💙
