OneWest is a nonprofit community development corporation investing in the built environment of West Louisville’s nine neighborhoods: Russell, Shawnee, Portland, California, Parkland, Chickasaw, Algonquin, Park DuValle and Park Hill. Welcome to the team, Yana McKinley! 💙

Yana came to OneWest as an intern. Through her dedication, creativity and willingness to learn, she has grown into a full-time role as our Administrative Assistant. Her path is the kind of growth we work to make possible across West Louisville: people given room to learn, contribute and build something lasting close to home.

Yana now supports our marketing, communications, community engagement and organizational projects, helping move forward OneWest's mission of building a stronger West Louisville.

We're proud of how far she has come in a short time, and we're grateful she's continuing that work with us.

OneWest is proud to partner with Metro United Way and the Muhammad Ali Center for this citywide day of service. We’ll be leading a Minor Home Repair Initiative in West Louisville—focused on small, high-impact projects that improve safety and quality of life for local families.

We’re inviting volunteers and partners to be part of this effort. Whether you can give your time, tools, or skills, every contribution helps move this work forward.
