FULL CIRCLE. 💚🌱
In 2023, these scholars came with Sowing Seeds With Faith to Virginia to tour HBCUs and see what college could look like for them. They walked those campuses, asked questions, learned about HBCU life, and started to imagine themselves there.
Now, in 2026, some of those same scholars are walking HBCU campuses again including Norfolk State University, Virginia Union University, and West Virginia State University, along with other HBCUs that have become part of their journey.
That’s the part people don’t always see.
This is more than a college tour. It’s about taking young people to places they may have never visited, giving them exposure, connecting them with opportunities, and helping them see themselves in spaces they may have never imagined.
Because sometimes, a young person doesn’t know what’s possible until someone takes them there.
And sometimes, that first visit becomes the beginning of a full-circle moment. 🎓💚
