How are you feeling today… and where do you feel it in your body?

So many of us say “I’m fine” without ever slowing down long enough to truly check in with ourselves.

Take a moment to read through this list of emotions. Not just the surface feeling… but the root emotion underneath it.

Are you angry… or actually hurt?
Are you overwhelmed… or feeling unsupported?
Are you frustrated… or afraid?

Our bodies often speak before our minds fully understand. Tight chest. Heavy shoulders. Stomach knots. Racing thoughts.

The mind and body are deeply connected. The more aware we become of our emotions and physical responses, the more we begin to recognize our triggers instead of simply reacting to them.

Awareness is where healing begins.

What a beautiful day spent hiking with One Heart At A Time Foundation. Thank you, Blanca, for being our guide today and for leading us to such an amazing location. Everyone had such a great time filled with laughter, connection, and beautiful views.

One of the best parts was stopping together for lunch, soaking in the moment, then making our way back down the mountain just in time for coffee and matcha. Days like this remind us how important community, friendship, movement, and nature truly are.

We can’t wait to do it again… one heart at a time. ❤️

Today, I’m thinking about all of our service members, veterans, and military families. Freedom is not free. It has been paid for through sacrifice, courage, long deployments, missed holidays, heartbreak, and lives forever changed in service to this country.

To every man and woman who has served, and every family who stood behind them through it all, thank you. Your sacrifice matters more than words can express.

Today we honor those who gave everything, and we hold close the families who carry that loss every single day. From my family to yours, we are forever grateful. 🇺🇸:

I opened Amazon to look at my book today and realized I had my very first official 5-star review. ⭐️

To some people it may seem small, but to me, it’s everything.

Every milestone on this journey has been so exciting for me because this book came from taking a chance on myself, figuring things out along the way, and refusing to quit.

Little moments like this mean more than people know. So THA K YOU for taking the time to review mystery reader.🙏🫶

Growth changes you.

Not in the loud ways people think.
Not always in the money, the title, the house, or the things.

Sometimes growth looks like wanting less.

Less chaos.
Less proving.
Less validation from people who never really saw you.
Less attachment to things that once made you feel important.

As you heal, your soul starts craving different things.

Peace over attention.
Depth over popularity.
Connection over status.
Quiet mornings over crowded rooms.
Meaningful conversations over surface-level noise.

You stop chasing things just to fill empty spaces inside of you.

And you begin protecting the things money cannot buy:
Your peace.
Your health.
Your time.
Your purpose.
Your people.
Your relationship with yourself.

Real growth is realizing the richest parts of life are often the things you cannot hold in your hands, but you can feel deeply in your spirit.
