Long Beach Area Peace Network LBAPN is a grassroots network of community organizations and individuals who are dedicated to peace, equity, diversity, and social and environmental justice.

We are active in stopping the endless wars in Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq. We are for diplomacy instead of military interventions, such as proxy wars, drone attacks, and economic blockades. The US government is the real terrorist in our world. The wars of intervention and the bombing of civilians has cost millions of lives. The cost to our troops from Korea to Iraq have been devastating. They hav

e been used as cannon fodder for the corporations who profit from war. We invite you to participate with us in direct action, lobbying our congress people and our involvement in the political process to end militarization of our society. We hope to bring hope to our people by cutting the war spending and using it for human need such as health care, peaceful jobs, education and day care.
