A YES vote on Amendment 3 would:
👉 Repeal Missouri's 2024 constitutional reproductive-health provision
👉 Allow abortion restrictions while providing exceptions specified in the amendment
👉 Require parental or judicial consent for minors' abortions
👉 Allow health and safety regulations for abortion providers and facilities
👉 Prohibit gender-transition procedures for minors, with specified medical exceptions

Be informed. Be prepared.
