Cub Scout Pack 366 meets Tuesday at Lee’s Summit Community of Christ Church. (Boys/Girls K-5th grade)

Lee's Summit Cub Scout Pack 366 meets at 7pm on Tuesdays at the Lee’s Summit Community of Christ Church, 1101 NE Independence Lees Summit, MO 64086. The pack is open to boys and girls in the kindergarten through fifth grade. Scouts is a great way for your child to meet new friends and learn life-long skills. The time you invest in them today will make a difference in the person they become tomorrow.

Tonight’s Pack Meeting was BOO-tastic! 👻🎃

We had costumes, candy, and games at Pack 366’s annual Halloween party! From showing off creative costumes to playing games and collecting plenty of sweet treats, our Cub Scouts had a night full of Halloween fun.

A HUGE thank-you to Three Trails District - HOAC for providing a Peach Nehi Float party! It was the perfect treat to wrap up an already fantastic night!

We love seeing our Cub Scout families come together for fun, laughter, and memories that last long after the candy is gone. Thanks to the parents who made this possible.

Last night’s Cub Scout meeting was a lot of fun. Scout’s took part in the Pack 366 Raingutter Regatta!

Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelos, and AOLs were finally able to put their boats to the test. A little friendly competition, with scouts in each den seeing which boat could reach the finish line first.

The Cubs weren’t the only ones having fun. A few Den Chiefs and even some adults got in on the action!

Thanks to the parents who helped manage some of the chaos.

This is what Cub Scouts is all about. Having fun with friends, trying something new, and making memories.

Cubs, if you didn’t make it to the meeting last night, no worries. We will hold a second set of races next week.

There’s never a dull weekend when you’re a cub scout. Another exciting weekend and another excellent Webelos Adventure weekend at H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation.

Our scouts had an absolute blast… from
building and launching rockets, to meeting first responders and learning first aid, to successfully navigating the escape room and hitting some bullseyes with slingshots, BB guns, and archery.

They wrapped it all up with good food and a campfire.

Excellent job to our Webelo and AOL scouts. And special thanks to the parents who came out and helped make this weekend possible.

What an amazing story by Steve Hartman. He is truly a gifted storyteller in every sense of the title.

As parents we can relate. We see our children grow remarkably fast. From crawling and saying their first words, to walking and exploring the world around them, childhood is over in the blink of an eye.

And that’s why the scouting program is so important. For kids it’s all about fun, adventure, and friends. But as adults, we know it’s about learning valuable skills like trust, determination, dedication, and leadership. And no program out there does that better than Scouts.

So, when your child grows into a teen and is ready to take their own path, you can feel confident that you’ve helped prepare them with the skills to be successful.

If you’re looking for an activity that gets your child active, let’s them make friends, and helps prepare them for the future… then you’re looking for scouts.

So, what are you waiting for? The adventure has already started. Why not have some fun along the way. Pack 366 is excited to meet you.

What a night!

Lots of smiles. Lots of giggles. Lots of fun.

Tonight, the Pack celebrated Grandparents Day with out family activity night. Scouts, their families, and grandparents came together for some exciting games.

- Scouts made paper airplanes, tested new designs, and learned who could make their planes fly the farthest.
- Families enjoyed a little friendly competition in our ping pong relay.
- Scouts channeled their inner engineer bully building towers out of index cards and seeing who could go the highest.
- The also took on our sink or swim challenge by making boats out of aluminum foil and seeing who could hold the most weight.
- The storms delayed our Raingutter Regatta races, but we will get them in at the next meeting.

Scroll through these photos and you’ll see one common theme… the scouts are not the only ones having fun. That’s because Cub Scouts isn’t just for the kids. It’s fun and activities for the whole family. Cubs get the most out of the program when they do it alongside their parents and families.

A huge shoutout to our den chiefs for running the stations, to our leaders who stepped up to oversee the event, and our parents and families for supporting their scouts. We loved having you join us!

The weather held out and turned into a great day for our Cub Scout Fishing Derby! The fish, on the other hand… weren’t exactly cooperating.

The Scouts only managed to reel in three fish for the day. Ta’Mya stole the show and took the crown for the derby by reeling in the two biggest fish of the day — both blue catfish!

Of course, no fish was no problem for our scouts. It didn’t take long for them to find a better fishing spot, with a better bite… the cooler! Scouts were pulling popsicles and capri suns out of there like fish in a barrel!

A slow day of fishing is still a great day when you get to spend it outdoors with friends.

Nice job Scouts and thanks to the parents and grandparents who attended and helped us out.
