🌟 Hey, Lee's Summit future leaders! Did you know The Rotary Club of Lee's Summit is on a mission to empower your dreams? 🌈 We are thrilled to announce our annual scholarship program, offering Twelve $1000 scholarships per academic year! 📚💰

Who's Eligible?
Any graduating senior from a Lee's Summit high school who plans to attend college at an MCC campus or is seeking an industry-recognized credential (IRC) in a trade of their choice.

ATTENTION Lee’s Summit High School Seniors. The 2025 Lees Summit Rotary Scholarship application is now open!

The Rotary Club of Lee's Summit gives out 8 academic and 4 trade scholarships each year. Each scholarship is awarded in the amount of $1,000 per academic year ($2,000 maximum award) to pay for tuition, fees, books, or other related expenses at one of the Metropolitan Community College campuses or a local trade school.
Two academic scholarships are awarded to each public high school in Lee's Summit.
One academic scholarship is awarded to Summit Christian Academy.
One academic scholarship is awarded to St. Michael the Archangel High School.
Four trade scholarships are awarded to students from any public or private Lee's Summit high school.

Guidelines:
Applicant must be a graduating senior from a public or private high school in Lee's Summit.
Applicant is in good standing with the school, has consistent attendance, and a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.
The applicant is planning to attend any Metropolitan Community College location or a local trade school with a minimum of 6 hours per semester or the equivalent trade certificate requirements for a semester.
The recipient shall in no way be limited by gender, race, religion, or any other designation that could exclude an individual.
