Three communities, each with its own setting and features:

🌿 Willow Place in Karns: A country-like setting near town, with a community room, kitchen, and library area. For adults 55 and older.

🌿 Riverbirch Village in Karns: Spacious two-bedroom apartments, landscaped grounds, a gazebo, and a community activities room. For adults 62 and older.

🌿 Blueberry Ridge in Powell: Two-bedroom, smoke-free apartments with zero-step entrances, energy-efficient design, a community garden, and a walking trail. For adults 62 and older.

Income restrictions apply and vary by community. Contact us about eligibility, available apartments, and move-in special details.

Falling leaves + damp porches = one of the most common causes of stumbles for older adults. A simple non-slip mat inside AND outside the door, a working porch light, and a sturdy handrail cover most of the risk.
