SEEED is now accepting applications for our Fall 2026 Career Readiness Program (CRP)!

📍 Walk-in Applications & Interviews every Thursday, 11:00 AM–1:30 PM, beginning July 2nd.

Our **8-week PAID workforce development program is designed for young adults ages 18–24 who are:
âś… Exploring career and education options
âś… Ready to build job skills and confidence
âś… Looking for professional connections and real-world experience
âś… Unsure where to begin their career journey

Participants receive:

🤝 Hands-On Learning & Networking Opportunities

Plus, graduates may have the opportunity to continue into our Green Construction or Community Engagement training programs!

This fall, a new group of young adults will step into SEEED’s Career Readiness Program ready to change their lives—but they shouldn’t have to do it hungry.

For many of our students, a daily meal isn’t guaranteed. But when they come to SEEED, we make sure they have one. Because something as simple as lunch can mean the difference between distraction and focus… between giving up and pushing forward.

A warm meal fuels more than just their bodies—it fuels confidence, learning, and opportunity.
