Meet Dr. Kelly Drummond 💫

Dr. Kelly Drummond is a soul centered HR executive and career coach dedicated to helping high achieving leaders grow without losing themselves. As Head of Talent Operations for Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the High Achiever’s Guide behind My Soul In Bloom, she empowers professionals to live and grow with purpose, passion, and peace.

Through her work, she helps individuals navigate challenging and high pressure environments while maintaining their well being and staying aligned with their values. Her approach blends leadership development with emotional intelligence, equipping others to lead with clarity and confidence.

Dr. Drummond also serves as an educator at Roane State Community College and the University of Tennessee, where she supports both emerging and experienced professionals in developing the tools needed to succeed and thrive.

Her work is rooted in helping others protect their peace, lead with intention, and create meaningful impact in every space they enter.

Meet Kharmon Anderson 📚

Kharmon Anderson is a Knoxville native and alumna of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She has built a strong professional career working within the federal judiciary, bringing years of experience in public service and leadership.

She holds master’s degrees in public administration and ethics and leadership, equipping her with a unique perspective on governance, integrity, and community impact.

In addition to her professional work, Kharmon is also an accomplished author with a passion for faith, history, and education. Her recent children’s book, A to Z Black History Knoxville, received the 2026 Publication Excellence Award from the East Tennessee Historical Society, highlighting her commitment to education and storytelling within the community.

Her work continues to inspire others through knowledge, purpose, and a dedication to preserving and sharing important stories.

Meet LaShae Hooper 💼

LaShae Hooper is an Administrative Assistant supporting the Graduate School and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In her role, she supports communications and coordinates events and initiatives that serve graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.

LaShae has a growing passion for learning and development, with a focus on designing programs that foster meaningful growth. She values reflection, continuous learning, and creating spaces that support both personal and professional development.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a minor in Business Administration. Inspired by the mentorship and support she received throughout her academic journey, LaShae is committed to passing the torch by equipping others with the tools and encouragement needed to grow and succeed.

Her work reflects a dedication to growth, purpose, and uplifting those around her.

Meet Carlos McAllister 💼

Carlos McAllister, MSMHR, SHRM CP, is a human resources professional and doctoral student at Vanderbilt University with a focus on leadership and organizational development.

A two time graduate of the University of Tennessee, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources. His experience spans both corporate and nonprofit environments, where he has worked in employee relations, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy.

Carlos is passionate about expanding access to opportunity and equipping individuals with the tools and confidence needed to navigate and compete in today’s workforce. His work reflects a commitment to growth, development, and empowering others to reach their full potential.
