Have you been interested in trying a new fitness class? Do you want to start working out, but are unsure where to start?

We hope to see you on September 23 for the Falls Prevention Day at Sno-Valley Senior Center! We will have one of our most popular exercise classes offered FREE this day to any interested community members. EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based program shown to reduce Fall Risk in participants. This is a great opportunity to try a class and see if you like it!

8:45 – 9:45 am EnhanceFitness: Start your day with fun, music and movement! Our instructors lead you through a terrific program designed especially for seniors. Moves can be adapted for almost any activity level.

1:00: Join our instructors for EnhanceFitness, Otago, Yoga, Dance Aerobics, Tai Chi, and Balance + for an introduction to each of these exercise programs, to find the program right for you!
