See what DBT can do for you!

Our open enrollment DBT program is open to individuals ages 14 –17 who can attend 24 weeks of skills classes which can be combined with our individual DBT therapy services for additional support.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced based treatment proven to be extremely effective for individuals who experience depression, anxiety, chronic trouble with relationships, self-harm, suicidality and substance abuse.

🌟Bridge Pointe Housing | A Healing Place for Young Adults Transitioning from Inpatient Treatment 🌟

Friends of Youth, in partnership with the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA), has launched Bridge Pointe Housing, a program for young adults (18 - 24) exiting inpatient behavioral health care and at risk of homelessness. We offer 24/7 staff support and comprehensive services, including case management, behavioral health care, psychiatric support, and peer counseling.
