Fun With Friends is a monthly health, wellness, and community-building program for adults with disabilities in Snohomish and King Counties. This program is being offered in a partnership between Seattle Parks and Recreation, Friendship Adventures and Inside Health Institute. Thanks to funding from the Seattle Parks and Recreation, Recreation for All Grant, we're able to offer 5 months of Fun With Friends for FREE to everyone.

Come hungry and wear comfy clothes for participating in movement activities!

Sessions will be held on Fridays from 4:30pm to 7:30pm

Session #1: Friday, July 31, 2026
Session #2: Friday, August 14, 2026
Session #3: Friday, September 11, 2026
Session #4: Friday, October 9, 2026
Session #5: Friday, November 13, 2026

Friendship Adventures' Day Program has afternoon openings!

We currently have 5 afternoon spots available in our day program across Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 1:30–4:30 PM in Shoreline.

The day program offers a safe, welcoming space for people with developmental disabilities to build friendships, enjoy creative activities, participate in community outings, and stay engaged in meaningful social connection.

If there is someone in your life who may benefit from more connection, routine, friendship, and fun, we would love to share more.
