WWIN has received a record number of applications for the 2026–2027 Star Scholar Program and we need your help to meet the moment. 🖐️🖐🏽🖐🏿🖐🏻🖐🏼

This year, 457 Washington women have raised their hands to pursue their goals — reaching out for the financial, coaching, and community support WWIN provides. Now we’re asking: will you raise your hand too?

With a 40% increase in applications, we’re looking for 40 additional volunteers to help review submissions and ensure each applicant receives thoughtful consideration. This process is a big part of why 99% of WWIN Scholars persist and complete their degrees.

What to expect:
✨ Review period: May 11–18
✨ Time commitment: 3–6 hours (fully remote)
✨ One 30-minute training (live or asynchronous)

This is a meaningful way to support women across Washington and be part of their journey toward opportunity.

“Becoming a WWIN Star Scholar not only makes me incredibly proud of this accomplishment but also makes my future career goals a tangible thing.” – Viktoria, WWIN Star Scholar Alumna

Viktoria came to the U.S. after building a career caring for critically ill infants in Belarus, only to face the reality so many internationally-trained medical professionals encounter: starting over.

With support from WWIN, she earned her degree in diagnostic medical sonography and found her way back to the work she loves.

That’s the power of opportunity.

When you support WWIN’s Spring Campaign, you’re not just helping one woman—you’re creating ripple effects. 86% of Scholars say their journey inspired someone in their network to pursue higher education.

The path isn’t always easy. But together, we can help clear it.

💛 Give today and be part of what’s possible: https://wwin.org/ways-to-give/spring26/
