Congratulations to PCO Executive Board member and Marion Police Chief Rich Nighelli on receiving a Public Safety Leadership Award at PAARI - Police Assisted Addiction & Recovery Initiative 10th Annual Awards Ceremony!

Chief Nighelli has been an integral part of Plymouth County Outreach since the very beginning. He started with PCO as an Outreach Officer serving the Marion community and has continued to champion our mission throughout his career, including in his current role as a member of the PCO Executive Board.

Chief Nighelli continues to raise awareness about the PCO model, advocate for sustainable funding and support, and help strengthen partnerships that make this work possible. He also serves on PAARI’s Public Safety Council, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing innovative approaches to substance use and public safety.

We are incredibly grateful for Chief Nighelli’s leadership, dedication, and continued commitment to PCO and the communities we serve. Congratulations, Chief! This recognition is so well deserved!
