Good Afternoon Kingston Families!

We invite you to take a few minutes to read our minutes from last week’s meeting! Our minutes are a great way to stay in the loop with what’s happening at both our schools. We recapped a few of our events that have already taken place and discussed some details of our upcoming holiday events! 🎄🎁

As always, we would love to see anyone who is able to attend the meetings, and we’ve made it much easier by adding a Zoom option!

→You can look back at all past meeting minutes and reports, at your convenience, on our website under the MEETINGS tab: www.kingstonpto.com

→📆 Our next meeting is on NOV 17th at 7 PM in the KIS library – we hope you can join us! As a reminder, we bring snacks, children are always welcome and we offer a Zoom option!

💻 A Zoom link will be sent out before the meeting.

Happy Halloween 🎃👻 to those who celebrate! We hope it is a fun and safe night, and happy extra hour of sleep this weekend! ⏰

We’ll see you next month!

The holidays are quickly approaching, which means it is time for the KPTO's annual Winter Holiday Fest. This year's event will include a lot of fun activities - raffles, face painting, the book fair, a touch-a-truck, and photos with a very special guest!

We are seeking help from the community in order to make this event happen for the kids. This event is a long-standing tradition at KES/KIS, and it isn't possible without the help of the parents and guardians of our students.

There is a SignUp Genius attached here - if you would like to be involved, please sign up for one of the roles included. Winter Holiday Fest is very popular with our younger students, so we welcome and encourage kindergarten and first grade parents who are interested in PTO to check it out!

Our first zoom meeting will be Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 7pm. Please reach out to either of us by email if you are interested in attending.
