Homeownership changes everything, and LINC is proud to have played a role in making it more accessible for Kansas City families.

We're sharing this post from our partners at Murrell Homes Real Estate Group, LLC to celebrate the completion of their Homebuyer Education Series. Fourteen future homeowners did the work and walked away ready to take the next step. That's what happens when community organizations come together around a shared goal.

LINC and the Black Archives go way back!

Last week, LINC's Community Engagement team presented to 3rd district community members who meet weekly at The Black Archives of Mid-America, Inc. - Kansas City, sharing the full scope of what LINC does across Kansas City.

The conversation centered on the work happening at Morning Star Center - LINC Caring Communities and the Palestine Senior Center - LINC Caring Communities, two of LINC's most vital community hubs. It was good to be in that room with neighbors who are invested in making this city better. ✨

Historic Santa Fe was alive last Saturday. 🎉

Over the weekend, LINC Community Engagement Specialist Steve McClellan joined the Historic Safer Santa Fe Council's free community wellness and resource fair. Neighbors came together around safety, local pride, and community revitalization, with wellness resources, family activities, and free food.

South Kansas City, change is coming to a familiar corner of town. 👀

The old Robandee Mall site has a proposed new future: 95 Williams Cove. TODAY from 6-7:30 p.m., residents are invited to Mid-Continent Public Library's Blue Ridge Branch, 9253 Blue Ridge Blvd., to hear the early vision for the project. Come learn about the plans and speak up while the project is still taking shape.
