From screening to specialized care, every step matters.
The Global Health Initiative is building a connected network across Colombia to make congenital heart disease care more accessible to children and families.
The journey starts with newborn screening, followed by diagnostic confirmation, specialized transportation, and access to the right medical team and treatment.
But this work is only possible because we are stronger together.
Today, our network includes 62 active sites across 13 regions, bringing together hospitals, healthcare organizations, academic institutions, public health agencies, and specialized partners, including ASCON, Fundación Valle del Lili, Casa del Niño, Hospital San Vicente Fundación, Sociedad Colombiana de PediatrÃa, Florida International University, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, SURA, and local health authorities.
We are deeply grateful to every institution, healthcare professional, partner, and supporter who has chosen to join this journey.
