🚨 Shifting Gears United: Life Safety Training! 🚨
Are you ready to learn skills that can save lives? Shifting Gears United is hosting an essential First Aid, CPR, and AED Training session, and we want you there!
Whether you need a refresher or are learning for the first time, this training equips you with the confidence and knowledge to handle emergencies.

Time: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Perks: 🥪 Lunch will be provided!

We are thrilled to invite you to Shifting Gears United’s next Waves of Freedom Snorkeling Clinic! Our adaptive snorkeling program is designed to break down barriers and make our beautiful local waters accessible to everyone—including veterans, first responders, and residents living with physical, sensory, or developmental challenges.

Whether you've never snorkeled before or you're looking to get back into the water, we’ve got you covered with specialized adaptive gear, certified instructors, and trained volunteer buddies to ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive experience!

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Where: Phil Foster Park / Blue Heron Bridge (900 Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach)

Aqua Fin Water Aerobics
North palm Beach Aquatic Center
11:00am-Noon
Tuesday & Thursday.

SGU offers water aerobics for anyone wanting to get in the refreshing water and build lean muscle mass, increase strength, or heal from an injury.

Each class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cooldown. You won’t be swimming, and most water workouts are done in the shallow end of the pool.

Shifting Gears United had a beautiful morning kicking off with 20-mile ride, embracing the spirit of the Shifting Gears Freedom Team.

It’s always an honor to ride alongside our incredible wounded veterans, showcasing their strength and resilience.

After hitting the road, we now diving into a cool down of a 1500-meter swim.

Grateful for the camaraderie, friendships, witnessing the motivation and encouragement we share.
