♻️ Join us Saturday, October 10th, for our monthly beach cleanup at Ocean Cay Park! Volunteers will gather from 8am - 10am to pick up trash, have breakfast, and raffle off prizes.

For our October cleanup, we're partnering with the VoLo Foundation in celebration of Florida Climate Week™

🌿 Florida Climate Week™ is a powerful call to action for climate resilience and environmental leadership across the state, taking place from October 5th to October 11th.

This weeklong initiative empowers individuals and organizations to lead in:
✅ Nature conservation
✅ Local climate action
✅ Youth engagement

🌊 Happy National Beach Day!

We’re lucky to have some of the most beautiful beaches right in our backyard, and it’s up to all of us to help keep them that way. From picking up after ourselves to respecting wildlife and sharing the beach responsibly, every little bit helps.

🐾 Today is National Dog Day! Our four-legged friends have always been an important part of what we do. From enjoying the beach together to promoting responsible pet ownership, we’re proud to help make Jupiter’s beaches welcoming for dogs and their people. 💙🌊

♻️ Join us Saturday, September 19th for International Coastal Cleanup Day (ICC) ♻️

🌊 We'll gather from 8 am to 10 am to pick up trash, have breakfast, and raffle off some great prizes. We will also be giving out free International Coastal Cleanup shirts while supplies last.

The ICC is the world's largest, volunteer effort to clean up the marine environment. Every year, volunteers from over 100 countries head to their local beaches, rivers, lakes and canals to show their commitment to cleaner waterways. , the world's largest organization focusing exclusively on the health of the marine environment, has sponsored this annual event for the past 40 years. Local efforts are being coordinated by and its community partners, like FJB. This county-wide cleanup brings together volunteers, local businesses, and municipalities to support Palm Beach County's unique environment.

🌊🐾 Today we are celebrating National Nonprofit Day!

When Friends of Jupiter Beach was founded in 1994, it began as a grassroots effort dedicated to preserving beach access and protecting the natural beauty of Jupiter's shoreline. Over the years, we've grown into an organization that not only promotes environmental stewardship, education, and public service, but also advocates for responsible pet ownership and respectful beach use.

None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our volunteers, donors, sponsors, and community partners. Your dedication has been essential in helping us protect our beaches and give back to the community we all love.

We're incredibly proud of how far we've come, and even more excited for everything we'll continue to accomplish together. Thank you for being part of our journey. 💙

⚾️🐾 Don’t miss Furry Friends Humane Fundraising Night at Roger Dean Stadium’s Bark in the Park on Friday, August 28 at 6:30pm!

🎟️ Tickets are $10, and $5 from every ticket sold goes to Furry Friends. Plus, dogs get in free! 🐶

♻️💙 Join us this Sunday, August 16th, for the Young Friends of Jupiter Beach Monthly Cleanup! Students will meet at Ocean Cay Park from 3pm – 5pm to collect trash and recyclables.

🍎📚 Please note: Students seeking school community service credits must check in by 3:00 pm sharp to receive credit.

☔️ This past weekend, our August Cleanup was cancelled due to rainy weather. However, we are so grateful for the 101 volunteers who came out, donated school supplies for the Education Foundation, and enjoyed breakfast with us under the Anita Lankler Pavilion. 💙

🌊 A special thank you to Bolay for providing delicious bites and gift cards for our volunteers!
