It's about whether families can stay housed. Whether young people have safe places to learn and grow. Whether older adults remain connected and supported. Whether people can find help before a challenge becomes a crisis. Across Jacksonville, nonprofits make that work possible every day.

At the Nonprofit Center, we're committed to helping Northeast Florida nonprofits access the data they need to make informed workforce decisions.

That's why we're partnering with the Florida Nonprofit Alliance on the statewide Compensation & Benefits Survey to help build a clearer picture of compensation, benefits, and workforce trends across Florida.

The more Northeast Florida nonprofits that participate, the more valuable the data will be for our region. The results will help organizations benchmark salaries, evaluate benefits, strengthen retention efforts, and plan for the future.
