Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services is a nonprofit, faith-based program that helps individuals, families and communities understand the immigration system, and provides assistance with the immigration and naturalization process.

Our Story

We have been providing low-cost immigration legal assistance to the Northeast Florida since 1993. Our Program provides compassionate, honest, respectful and experienced services to all individuals, regardless of race, age, nationality, gender, status or religion.

Migration is an integral part of human behavior and history. Providing legal representation is consequential for positive outcomes, especially for vulnerable populations. Our services impact individuals, families, communities and the nation. Through our services we have successfully helped to:


  • Protect and stabilize some of the world’s most vulnerable people who have survived famine, genocide, war, torture, gang-threats, domestic violence and crimes
