God designed humans to be conduits, not containers.

We are created to let God flow through us to others and when we become containers with our struggles, it clogs the ability for God to move through us. Invite a trusted friend to help you unclog these struggles. If you don't have a trusted friend or feel that your struggle is too big, you can contact the counseling center to set up an appointment. 713.335.6462.
