What inspired you to dedicate your career to education?
I wanted children to experience the power of having someone believe in them. Education gives me the opportunity to help students discover their strengths and see possibilities for their futures.
What keeps you motivated?
Our students and the educators who show up for them each day. Every breakthrough, every step forward, and every opportunity to support a teacher reminds me why this work matters. My faith keeps me grounded in my purpose, even on challenging days.
What moments make you most proud?
Watching a student master a skill they once struggled with, seeing a teacher grow in confidence, and hearing a family say they feel supported. Those moments reflect the work we do together.
My purpose…“I strive to be intentional in my decisions, purposeful in my actions, and impactful in my leadership; so every child feels valued, every teacher feels supported, and our school community grows stronger.”
