We are so proud to brag on Jessica Forbus with H2 Real Estate, GBAA Secretary, who officially completed and PASSED the NAA Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) course today!

Earning the CAM credential takes hard work, dedication, industry knowledge, and a commitment to professional growth—and Jessica knocked it out of the park!

Jessica is an incredible leader and a wonderful example of what it means to continue learning, growing, and investing in our multifamily industry. We are so lucky to have her serving on the GBAA Board of Directors as our Secretary and representing our association!
