Do you want to see Morgans Closet in action?
This Saturday we have a record breaking workshop with 21 young women from Grace House registered. These girls ages 17-23 have either no family and have aged out of the foster system or were removed from their families by DHR. Can you imagine ? Being a young woman who does not have the family support and looking at entering the world on their own?
This workshop will take place at Grace House campus in Fairfield. Volunteers arrive at 11 to help set up. The workshop begins at noon and we are done by 4pm. Each young lady is paired with one volunteer who assists in picking out the outfits from our racks as well as participates in walking them through a mock job interview. It is an amazing and rewarding few hours creating bonds with these girls who are so thankful for help and believe me

This particular workshop will require volunteers be 18 years or older. I need atleast 6 more volunteers.
Our last workshop for the summer is next Saturday and it will be at our Woodlawn location. Same times. I need 5 volunteers for that weekend.
Please help change a young woman’s life and become a volunteer.
Our last need is pulling outfits for these workshops.
