LGBTQ+ people experience Toxic Abusive Relationships (TAR) and intimate partner violence (IPV) at rates equal to or higher than their straight, cisgender peers.

Per the CDC’s National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey, 61 percent of bisexual women and 44 percent of le***an women have experienced r**e, physical violence, or stalking by a partner, versus 35 percent of straight women.

A 2020 review of 85 studies (Peitzmeier et al.) found gender-diverse people were 1.7–2.5 times more likely to experience IPV than cisgender peers.

TAR Anon is a free, virtual, peer-led fellowship of survivors who share their experience, strength, and hope that each may resolve their own personal Toxic Abusive Relationship and, in doing so, help others in their own recovery.

Meeting online five days a week, across time zones — no waitlist. No copay. No diagnosis required.

For LGBTQ+ survivors, an abuser is often woven into the very community that became home — so leaving can mean losing both at once. A look at why mainstream domestic-violence resources fail q***r survivors, the limits of the word "toxic," and what actually helps.

To my dearest daughter, an inspiration for our entire global foundation, the Star Network.

Did you ever notice that your children have taught you much more about yourself than you have ever taught them?

Did you ever notice that to raise your children properly, you had to raise the child within you properly?

Did you ever notice that the authenticity of children today has little or no respect for the hypocrisy of the generational trauma that we have passed down to our kids? They see it as dogma and ideology more of a reflection of being out of control in our minds and controlling our children's behavior.

Understand that the greatest thing we can do, possibly, on Father's Day is to become self-aware, to transform, to find our self-love, to raise the child within. If you can do that properly, you are a great father, because to know oneself is to know the world.

You understand that the path of awareness, transformation, and self-love always culminates in the contagious collective love, and that is truly how parenting should have always been.

To my dear daughter, my professor of life, my provider of my doctorate in neuro-parenting, I salute you, just like the day when you came into my world and they were playing AC/DC for those about to Rock, We salute you! And rock we have done for the past fifteen years

I really thought it was me that was going to offer you guidance, but instead it was the other way around, and I am a much better man for it.

I love you dearly my Ariana. Happy Father's Day. And you have always taught me: Stay Gold, Ariana. Always Stay Gold!

Of course, we all know I would never be a father today without you, so you're responsible for that too.

I love you dearly My Ari , now and forever !

Today we recognize Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equity and justice.

Juneteenth is an opportunity to reflect on history, honor the strength and contributions of Black communities, and recognize the importance of creating inclusive, supportive environments where everyone can thrive.

Community, belonging, and connection are important foundations of wellbeing. By learning from the past and working toward a more equitable future, we help build stronger, healthier communities for all.

Today, take time to learn, listen, reflect, and celebrate the rich culture, achievements, and enduring legacy of Black Americans.

Some people don’t miss the relationship.

They miss the moments that made them believe things would finally get better.

And sometimes that’s what makes letting go so difficult. ⭐️
