Built in the 1960’s, the 14 story Hollywood Towers is a distinctive example of midcentury modern architecture on Hollywood Beach.

Its teal accents, geometric shapes and starburst design add to our beach community’s character. With the proposed Beach Overlay raising concerns about taller buildings, 17 to 50 stories or more, on the barrier island, protecting that character, our ocean views and public beach access matters more than ever.

1–4 PM — Historic Hammerstein Open House, 1520 Polk Street.
