🌺 This May, we're moving with intention.

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, we joined instructor George at one of our Tai Chai classes at Pembroke Pines.

In addition to Tai Chi, the YMCA of South Florida offers yoga and meditation. All three are more than wellness practices— they're living traditions rooted in the ancient philosophies of Asia, passed down through generations and shared with the world.
