A Back-to-School Prayer 🙏📚

Dear Heavenly Father,

As we begin this new school year, we ask You to surround our children, teachers, staff, and families with Your love and protection.

Walk beside our children as they enter their classrooms. Calm their worries, fill them with confidence, and help them remember that they are loved, capable, and never alone.

Bless our teachers with patience, wisdom, strength, and hearts full of love. Give them the words to encourage, the grace to guide, and the ability to see the unique gifts You have placed inside every child.

Protect our school each day. Place Your hands over every classroom, playground, hallway, and doorway. Keep our children and staff safe and healthy.

Help our children grow not only in knowledge, but also in kindness, courage, friendship, compassion, and faith. Teach them to include others, help those in need, and always choose kindness.

Bless our parents and families, and help us work together with patience, understanding, and grace.

May this school year be filled with laughter, learning, beautiful friendships, wonderful memories, and countless blessings.

Lord, go before us, walk beside us, and watch over us throughout this school year.

First off, we truly appreciate each and every family who gives us the opportunity to love, teach, and care for their children. ❤️

One thing we pride ourselves on is that we’re more than just a school we’re a FAMILY. We truly love each and every child and family who walks through our doors, and moments like this remind us just how blessed we are.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing family for surprising us with this wonderful breakfast! Your kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness mean more to us than you know. Thank you for pouring into us the same way you allow us to pour into your children each and every day.

Did you know you can turn everyday household items into fun, hands-on learning activities for your child?

Take a look at these photos of our one-year-olds in action! Using nothing more than an empty juice jug and the caps from yogurt pouches, we created an engaging activity that builds fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, and concentration.

Learning doesn't have to be expensive. Sometimes the best educational tools are already in your recycling bin! We love finding creative ways to make learning fun while showing our little ones that imagination can turn ordinary objects into extraordinary experiences.

Our little learners strengthened their fine motor skills by using scissors to safely cut playdough, helping build the hand muscles needed for future writing. ✂️

We also practiced color recognition and sorting by exploring the classroom and grouping objects by color. This fun, hands-on activity encouraged observation, critical thinking, and early math skills while keeping our students actively engaged.

Learning through play is the best way to grow! 🌈✨

👃👀👂👅✋ Learning Through All Five Senses!

Today our little learners explored all five senses with a fun and delicious hands-on activity! They used a waffle, spread Cool Whip with a popsicle stick, and created their own unique designs using chocolate chips.

👀 Sight: We observed the colors, shapes, and patterns of our creations.

✋ Touch: We felt the soft, fluffy Cool Whip, the crunchy waffle, and the smooth chocolate chips.

👃 Smell: We enjoyed the sweet aroma of our tasty ingredients.

👂 Hearing: We listened to directions, talked with friends, and even heard the crunch of our waffles!

👅 Taste: The best part—sampling our yummy masterpieces!

Activities like these help build fine motor skills, encourage creativity, and make learning memorable by engaging every sense. Learning is always more fun when you can see it, touch it, smell it, hear it, and taste it! ❤️🧇🍫
