Meet Mango, the flying kitten! Our vet technicians often need special skills to take care of our animals in our quarantine area....but that one is usually not one of them. Little Mango has bronchopneunomia and is scheduled to get seen by a vet specialist as the regular treatment is not improving his condition. Donations are always much needed and appreciated to help with our vet expenses.

We celebrate every day at , but today it's actually on the calendar, ME-WOW! So, we will spread the love and a little knowledge. Did you know that every cat's nose print is unique? It's true. Much like human fingerprints, "no two cats have the same design". Each one has a one-of-a-kind pattern made of bumps and ridges. Just take a look at these beauties: Ghost Pepper, Moyra, Starbucks and Quaid, all gorgeous and unique in their own ways. If you're having trouble seeing their nose print patterns, may we suggest meeting them in person? All are available, looking for loving homes. Who "NOSE"? Maybe your home is looking for one (or two) of them...

Neptune wasn't thriving so she is currently getting spoiled in an amazing foster home. Her family took her shopping at Nature's Feed: Natural Pet Products, Pet Food, and Pet Supplies and she got to pick out some new treats and toys! She was a little nervous for a while but slowly warmed up, She got to meet some new people and dogs and everyone loved her! She is available for adoption.
Foster homes are always needed!

Our staff set up an ofrenda, a home altar, in our lobby to lovingly remember and celebrate their family members that have passed away. This includes our cats and dogs and the belief that they return to visit us. They may no longer be with us in a physical form, yet they continue to live in our hearts.
Please feel free to share pictures of your loved ones.

We celebrated a couple of birthdays this weekend. Matt Damon and one of our Canine Care staff members. Matt was very proud that he was not the one with frosting on his face. Cullen loved his Bonkers Purrpops and even wore a hat. Let's all wish them a happy birthday...and if your pets had a birthday too, go ahead and share their picture!
