First Presbyterian is a small church that accommodates the needs of worshippers in our small mountain town - locals and visitors alike. While our building and worship service are traditional, we pride ourselves in our openness and willingness to accept and embrace a variety of viewpoints while maintaining the principles of the Christian faith. Within our congregation of approximately 60 members, you will find engineers and carpenters, doctors and teachers, skiers and bikers, infants and retirees, all of whom have found their spiritual needs met by our church. We give thanks for all who choose to worship with us and invite you to join our congregation and help us in our quest to glorify God.

We Trick or Treat for LIFT-UP and you can too. Drop off items all through November at the church during the week or on Sunday. Needed items;

There is a need for pop top soups and stews for people who don't have access to can openers. Dry goods are always welcome.

Prayerfully consider serving on a committee, your experience is a gift from God.

Actions taken at the 227th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this summer led to the creation of nine different special committees, teams, roundtables, advisory groups and commissions. Applications are now open for eight of the nine entities, with current application deadlines ranging from Oct. 10 to Oct. 17.
