On Sunday, August 16, ELF awarded 42 college students in our Empowerment Fellowship Program with $1,000 scholarships to help them start the new school year on a high note. During the event, fellows and their families were inspired by moving remarks from FCOE Board Trustee Itzi Robles and Pedro Ramirez, co-founder of the Central Valley Workers Center.

This would not have been possible without the support of sponsors, and we want to take a moment to thank them for believing in and investing in the future leaders of our communities

_____
