Join us today during United Against Hate Week at Fresno’s historic Tower Theatre for a screening of Minnesota Neighbors, a film about Minnesota residents who stood together to support their neighbors during ICE’s Operation Metro Surge. Following the film, local leaders will discuss immigration enforcement in the Central Valley and how we can respond with compassion, solidarity, and action.

Your attendance makes a difference! Proceeds will benefit Faith in the Valley’s travel fund. Whether you’re experienced in immigrant justice work or just beginning to explore how you can help, everyone is welcome. Bring a friend and join neighbors working toward a stronger, safer, and more hopeful Central Valley!

During our service, you heard from Jade Begley, a 12th-grade student, Girl Scout, and Youth Ambassador for Feeding America. Jade is working toward her Girl Scout Gold Award and she has chosen to partner with UPC Food Pantry for her project.

Jade’s goal is to help make dental hygiene products and education more accessible to families in our community.

You can support her efforts through donations of toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, or monetary gifts can be given through the Girls Scout Troop 2579 link below. Please enter “Dental Hygiene Distribution” when making your monetary donation.
